Terms and conditions apply to the participation fee exhibitions by the META SPACE GALLERY. Please read these before paying the participation fee or applying. If you’re applying for a free opportunity you can ignore the fees section as it simply used only by the paid opportunities.

ACCEPTANCE
- Participants must acknowledge that they are subjected to these terms and conditions.
- The META SPACE GALLERY encourages experimentation and inexperienced artists to apply- we will not discriminate against an artist’s professional status and will review submissions without bias.
- Acceptance to the exhibition will be decided based on the artwork’s resolution (please make sure that image files are high resolution). The description of the submission and your artist statement should be sufficiently long enough to describe the artwork to a viewer and your practice.
- The applicant acknowledges that the decision by the META SPACE GALLERY reviews submissions by application date, so earlier submissions will be more likely to be accepted. In paid exhibitions- those who pay first will be shown first as a thanks to those artists.
- Applicants are expected to have researched our exhibitions in the past and understand how we work and how we promote the work for the exhibition. You can research this by exploring our Instagram account and browsing the website.
FEES
- All successful applicants must pay a participation fee, which is supplied within the opportunity information. This fee is used for gallery fees (website upkeep, promotional costs, service fees etc.).
- After the judging period, we will notify all applicants whether they have been accepted into the exhibition. Occasionally, we will message you prior if we like your work!
- Fees must be paid through our online store or Paypal (please understand we prefer using our online site)!
- If the participation fee is not paid before the exhibition’s launch, we can forfeit your submission/inclusion.
- The participation fee is non-refundable.
- Participation fees sent after the exhibition’s starting date are rejected and will be returned.
OWNERSHIP
- Participants do not cede their copyrights to the META SPACE GALLERY but give their permission for the META SPACE GALLERY to showcase their work through their official social media accounts and the gallery website. Therefore, The submitted work is still the copyright/property of the participant, and the META SPACE GALLERY does not claim ownership.
- The META SPACE GALLERY reserves the right to display the artists’ work and some or all of the content on the website and its socials.
- We also reserve the right to remove your artwork and pages at any given time if you breach these terms and conditions. This is non-refundable if you have been showed in any capacity on our website after the exhibition has started.
